From Private (E-1) to Colonel (O-6)
Lieutenant Colonel Damian Douglas, son of the late Charles and Novel Douglas, enlisted in the United States Army on June 10, 1992, from Greensboro, North Carolina. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Quartermaster Corps in 2002 through the Officer Candidate School (OCS). In 2013, he transferred to the Army Finance Corps via the Army Voluntary Transfer Incentive Program (VTIP).
Over his distinguished 32-year career, Lieutenant Colonel Douglas has completed numerous tours of duty and received many prestigious awards.
Lieutenant Colonel Douglas is married to the former Dr. Tracie Kegler of Fayetteville, NC. They have one daughter, Brianna.
